After an internal training, you will be responsible for the commercial and administrative support of the sales team. A diverse set of tasks that includes:

  • Processing orders in the ERP system,
  • Following up on orders throughout the entire process,
  • Monitoring and communicating delivery deadlines,
  • Acting as the central point of contact for customers, internal departments, etc.,
  • Providing administrative follow-up for the files,
  • Managing social media.

 

Profile:

  • You have experience in an internal sales position,
  • You have a commercial mindset, are customer-friendly, and handle telephone conversations smoothly,
  • You are flexible and able to organize your work independently,
  • You are precise in handling information,
  • You speak fluent Dutch, French, and English.

 

Job-Related Competencies:

  • Follow up on payment of orders (terms, invoicing, etc.) or forward them to the relevant department (accounting, legal, etc.),
  • Analyze customer inquiries from a technical and commercial perspective (manufacturing timeline, product availability, cost, etc.),
  • Handle incoming phone calls,
  • Inform customers (order tracking, information, etc.),
  • Register orders,
  • Check conditions (delivery times, packaging methods, etc.) and inform the customer or salesperson,
  • Follow up with customers or suppliers,
  • Propose solutions in case of issues (delivery, warranty, payment, etc.),
  • Prepare cost estimates,
  • Share technical and commercial information with customers, salespeople, etc. (planning, pricing, payment, etc.).
